Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately due to frequently changing inventory we are unable to offer exchanges. You Recommend you return the item and opt for store credit so you can repurchase the item. 

What is the Return Policy?

Our return policy is 14 days from the time item has been delivered. The first 7 days we offer full refunds, and the last 7 days of the return time frame only offers store credit. For more information on how to return please visit our returns page

Is the clothing true to size?

Every item is different, but don't worry we already did the work for you. In each product description we will let you know how the item fits and if we recommend you size up or down.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We have two shipping options for you to choose from. You can opt for standard which is 5-8 business days or express which is 2-3 business days. The shipping does not include processing time, so please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

 Do I have to pay for shipping if I return?

Yes, if you are returning you are responsible for the payment to ship the item(s) back. This amount will be deducted from your refund/store credit amount.
